MY Helios 2 1200x800 4 Blending modern and classic styles, this 167.9 ft (51.13m) yacht was named after the Titan god of the sun and is a fabulous old-meets-new blend of spacious relaxation areas, stylish décor choices and second to none comfort.

Built in 2002 by Palmer Johnson, an extensive refit in 2019 has transformed Helios 2 into the the floating paradise craft which will welcome you today, with a wide variety of dedicated spaces in which to lose yourself in dreamy vacation nirvana.

Her expansive sun deck oozes charisma, with a Jacuzzi taking centre stage alongside a wet bar and stools, BBQ and padded sun loungers as well as a corner sofa for profiting from the stunning views. This area can be partially shaded on the aft deck on request. There’s also a 42 inch flip down plasma TV as well as a gym area featuring a treadmill and cross-trainer. 

The bridge deck offers a sun lounger zone with nattily striped mattresses as well as an impressive sky lounge in which to relax, chill out and socialise. A roomy L-shaped sofa dominates the space, which also features a computer station, 42 inch plasma TV, a bar and wine chiller. Step on through to the aft deck where you can experience sophisticated yet laidback al fresco dining in sunshine or under starlit skies for 10 guests.

Helios 2’s main salon is a charming space with a card table, ample seating and entertainment system, also offering adjacent formal dining for 12. Her aft deck is air conditioned and can be partially enclosed if the weather becomes inclement, providing yet another ideal zone specifically designed for the ultimate in relaxation, with comfortable sofas, a wet bar with ice maker and a further outside dining area with built-in banquette style seating.

Sleeping 10 across five spacious staterooms, a full beam master on the main deck offers a king-size bed, mini salon with chaise longue, entertainment system and spacious ensuite with double sinks, bath, enclosed WC and shower. Walk-in wardrobes and a private fully equipped office complete the master set up.

Four further guests cabins comprise two queen suites and two highly versatile twins which can be converted to king cabins. Each have additional pullman berths. Situated on the lower deck, all guest staterooms boast generous proportions, ensuite shower rooms and satellite TV and like the master, they feature blonde wood panelling and fixtures, cool pastel linens and fresh hued soft furnishings to create the ultimate bedtime oasis.

Light and airy interiors are enhanced throughout by the timelessly elegant neutral colour design palette, creating an effortless blend of comfort and sophistication combined with all mod cons which are sure to delight each and every guest.

Her water sports and toy offerings are equally impressive, with a towed 37 ft Intrepid tender, two three-person WaveRunners, four paddle boards, an RS Zest sailing boat, three kayaks, two Sea Bobs, kneeboard, wakeboard, snorkelling and fishing gear, water skis, assorted inflatables and diving by arrangement.

When it comes to fine dining, Helios 2 hits dizzying heights of culinary excellence thanks to a highly experienced galley set up which will truly tempt you with inspirational menus and innovative recipes that owe much to Los Angeles style food as well as classic French and traditional and contemporary Asian specialities.

Helios 2 is powered by two Caterpillar engines and enjoys a maximum speed of 15 knots. Her 2022/23 winter cruising schedule is based in and around the Caribbean and the Bahamas and her friendly and amiable crew of 11 will ensure that you have everything you need above and beyond for the trip of a lifetime.
