Captain Alexis Georgitsis comes from an extremely strong yachting background with a strong passion for diving. His extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean and his years of charter experience ensure the holiday of a lifetime on board Vertigo. His love of the sea has led him to win championships in swimming and wakeboard competitions so you'll always be in safe hands. His favourite scuba spots? That would be the shipwreck of Anna II, as well as the reef in Kalo Livadi and the rocky formations near Tragonisi isle.
A degree graduate of L’Etoile by Les Chefs, George Spyropoulos started his culinary career in 2012, gaining experience across various establishments and working as a personal chef. Trilingual in English, French and Greek, he enjoys using his initiative to create signature dishes of local and international cuisine and is something of an expert at sushi techniques, Peruvian cooking, mushrooms and truffles.
Let yourself be wowed by a menu of watermelon salad with rocket, radish and white balsamic sauce followed by fillet of red mullet with a mustard lemon sauce. A shank of lamb with zucchini in juice beer and a delectable red velvet cake with chocolate ice cream and tiramisu flavoured sauce will impress your tastebuds.
