Hospitality

MY Hospitality 1200x800 With a background in wildly adventurous itineraries and an impressively long range, Hospitality is aptly named – and well placed – to host you and your loved ones as you discover some of the world’s most desirable destinations.

Built in 2011 by Westport, this 164ft (50m) yacht is rated as one of the finest examples of her kind. A stylish and contemporary refit in 2019 was overseen by Donald Starkey, blending modernist décor with a homely and welcoming atmosphere.

A vast main salon forms the centrepiece of Hospitality, offering relaxed lounge seating, an entertainment system and formal dining for 12.  On the main aft deck, guests can enjoy another dining option for a capacity of 16 along with a full service bar.

The sky lounge has the option to be privately used as it is easily accessible from the master suite, or can remain open to all guests as you choose, while clubhouse style features including a grand piano and fireplace create veritable wow factors in the charming bridge deck salon, which also offers further dining and cocktail options.

Sleeping 12 across seven impressive and highly flexible cabins, the private owner’s stateroom is located on the bridge deck, featuring an outdoor lounge area, walk-in dressing area and his and hers bathrooms with a connecting shower and private balcony.

A VIP suite on the main deck boasts an oversized marble ensuite as well as a twin VIP and a library which cleverly converts into a spa/massage suite for the ultimate in pampering. Four further ensuite staterooms are situated on the lower deck. A state of the art gym also doubles as a bedroom with a single and pullman set up as well as an ensuite.

Soaking up the rays has rarely felt more indulgent than on Hospitality’s spacious sun deck, central to which is a bar area, a modular sofa, armchairs and cocktail tables. Then there is the jacuzzi, which enjoys a wraparound sunpad while the aft deck space is dotted with sun loungers for those keen to top up their tan. A BBQ grill completes the facilities on the sun deck.

Watersports enthusiasts will be completely spoilt for choice with the never-ending array of activities to choose from; as well as the usual water skis, wakeboards, SeaBobs and paddleboards, you can also try out your skills at flyboarding, Skurfboards, wakeskating and kitesurfing as well as more traditional sports including badminton, volleyball, basketball, frisbee and even rugby!

Hospitality also prides itself on catering to a vast variety of tastebuds and desires. Daily changing breakfast dishes include stuffed brioche French toast with berry compote, huevos rancheros, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, wild mushroom frittata or a good old fashioned fry up.

Lunch buffets err on the light and healthy side; grilled lobster or slow roasted lemon and rosemary chicken accompanied by beetroot and fig salad with yoghurt and cumin, Thai corn fritters or goat’s cheese salad.

Charcuterie platters, black bean burgers with home-made condiments and baked grouper with pine nuts and olives are served with hearty sides including roasted potato wedges, melon and basil salad and pasta salad.

The three-course dinner service might start with lemon grilled prawns on a hot smoked salmon cake, soft-boiled duck egg with asparagus and goat’s cheese or truffle and parmesan risotto with trumpet mushrooms, followed by grilled kobe loin, pan-seared sea bass, roast lamb rump, sole meuniere, ostrich loin or BBQ blackened mahi mahi.

Finally, the hospitality continues with desserts created to impress; summer fruit pavlova, tarte tatin with ginger ice cream, crème brulee, malva pudding and milk tart served with butternut and mascarpone ice cream.
