Built in 1995, this elegant 120ft Christensen yacht was refitted in 2017 and offers a comfortable and sophisticated ambience across her deceptively spacious decks.
Boasting a light, neutral, sleek yet cosy interior salon with ample space and comfortable seating for all guests, Cherish II also features a stunning clubroom style sky lounge with outdoor movie theatre, entertainment system and sofa seating area, a sit-down marble bar and access to the sun deck’s lounge and golf putting range with biodegradable fish food golf balls!
Aft deck dining for eight provides a casual alternative to the formal light-flooded interior dining salon. A further private guest area on the fly bridge provides an extraordinary space comprising a large jacuzzi, a forward sun lounge with wide choice of seating and a retractable Bimini shade.
Four staterooms decorated in a style reminiscent of the Hamptons sleep up to nine guests, with a full width master cabin offering a king size bed and his and hers bathrooms with shower and jacuzzi bath. An on deck VIP stateroom possesses a truly tranquil vibe, featuring large windows, a king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Two further cabins are both en suite, with one configured as a full size bed and twin bed to sleep three while the other is a twin.
Sporty guests will be thrilled by the copious amount of gym and exercise equipment onboard as well as the water toys on offer; a 32ft Everglades for deep sea fishing and exploring is accompanied by a 17ft Novurania tender while other toys include two SeaDoo wave runners, two SeaDoo water scooters, paddle boards, wakeboards and water skis, two kayaks, inflatable tow rings, swim platform, snorkelling equipment and wet suits.

Fine dining is a large part of Cherish II’s appeal, with enormous attention to detail on every dish and style of cuisine to ensure that your tastebuds are perfectly catered for.
On arrival, enjoy a delicious lunch of salmon in gorgonzola and fine herb sauce with couscous taboulé and zucchini and corn frittata.
Start the evening aperos with a selection of beautifully crafted canapes, raw vegetable crudites and bruschetta Toscana before tucking into grilled tuna tartar in truffle sauce, lobster in orange sauce with sweet potato mash and sauteed broccolini followed by a French style crème brulée with blueberry sauce.
Breakfasts on board Cherish II are a hearty affair, with a typical comprising roasted vegetable quiche, Danish pastries, charcuterie platters, fresh fruit, eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce Huevos rancheros with bean salsa and sour cream and omelettes.
Lunch can be taken al fresco and will include dishes such as pork tenderloin in lemon and caper sauce served with roasted spinach rocambole, slow cooked pork ribs in smoke barbecue sauce with air-fried sweet potato fries, filet mignon Mexican tacos with traditional Spanish sides and sauces, seared ahi tuna in ginger sauce with sweet herbed mashed potatoes and arugula and orange salad, duck confit in orange and tamarind sauce served with cassava puree and caramelized carrots and roasted tuna in truffle and balsamic sauce.
Dinner hits the same excellent standards, with a wide choice of tasty and fresh fayre. A typical menu might start with lobster bisque followed by slow cooked rib eye with potato confit and a green garlic parsley butter with sauteed green beans or perhaps red lentil soup followed by sous vide filet mignon in a soy and honey reduction with roasted Portobello and artichoke hearts.
