Crescendo IV

  • 37m | 1997 (2020)
Crescendo V 18 Built by Delta Marine in 1997, this 37m (122 ft) dream of a yacht was fully refitted in 2020 and boasts the highest standards of excellence throughout.

The main salon exudes classical elegance, with pale sofas and armchairs accented by cool blue scatter cushions. A sumptuous formal dining area for eight at one end creates a timeless and intimate atmosphere for dinner parties as well as gastronomic tasting menus.

Unusual and funky fittings abound, from wall mirrors to bathroom sinks, creating a distinctly unique, one of a kind feel inside.

The main aft deck lounge is convertible from indoor to outdoor and enjoys stylish furnishings, channelling an on-trend boutique hotel vibe as well as a lounge bar. All guests will enjoy the pool table in the sky lounge.

Sleeping eight guests across four comfortable double staterooms – three king and one queen – the deceptively spacious master is an homage to understated luxe, with pale wood fittings and calm neutral tones of cream and grey making it the perfect night time escape. A mini salon and work station add to the practicality of this suite while his and hers ensuites are linked by a master shower.

The on deck VIP quarters also stand out with elegant wood panelling and practical storage options throughout. All four staterooms are ensuite.

As well as sun loungers for catching those all-important rays, there’s a J=jacuzzi on the sky lounge aft deck, offering guests an ambient wind down after the day’s activities. A summer kitchen area is equipped with a barbecue and frozen drinks machine within easy reach and the alfresco banquette style dining set up is cosy and comfortable, shaded by an oversized awning.

Relaxation is the byword on Crescendo and the more than ample sky deck daybed provides the perfect spot for doing as little as you like while admiring the passing views of your cruising grounds throughout the Caribbean, The Bahamas or New England. A beach club set up offers a further sun lounger area as well as a critter-free pool to swim in.

For the more active guests, gym and exercise equipment complements a vast array of water toys comprising a 42ft Mystic Powerboat, 14ft inflatable RIB tender, two jet skis, two SeaBobs, two kayaks, two SUPs, towable tubes, wakeboards, water skis, deep water sports fishing gear and snorkelling equipment. There is also the chance to scuba dive with the captain, who is a registered divemaster.

As you might expect, the dining options on board are also of the highest, most delicious standard as befits a yacht of this class and reputation. Whether it’s fine dining and unforgettable gastronomic experiences you are after or more casual BBQs and light and healthy al fresco style lunches – or even a combination of both - every taste and level of ambience is catered for on board Crescendo IV.

One couple gave the following glowing testimony after an idyllic honeymoon spent on board in 2021.

"The refit of the yacht was impeccable. The presentation of the food looked and tasted like a Michelin three star restaurant, the amenities looked like the Ritz Carlton and the service was impeccable. It was all about us, the customers. This level of service is hard. We have about 850 employees in our company so we know what great looks like.

"The crew made us feel as if we were family, they exceeded our expectations and despite a pandemic and a storm during our charter, we always felt safe. Our honeymoon experience is one we will never forget and your team helped us to make these beautiful memories."
